What’s in your products?

Here at Burnt Culture Candle Co., we pride ourselves on using natural products. This includes: Coconut+Soy candle wax, phthalate free fragrances, essential oil blends and natural hydrosols.

Why Coconut+Soy Blend?

It’s quite simple. It burns cleaner. The scent throw is amazing. And candles settle well after each burn.

I want to return my products. How do I do that?

Due to the nature of this business, at this time, we do not accept returns. However, we will will accommodate replacements for orders that we may have filled inaccurately.

What form or payments do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (US based), including PayPal. Payments are 100% secure. Payments are currently processed via PayPal or Stripe.

When can I expect my order to ship?

Please allow for 7 - 10 business days for your order to processed and shipped. Sometimes, we get them out sooner; but please bear with us as we continue to grow.

What are the shipping costs?

Here at Burnt Culture, we use variable shipping based on customer preference. 

Do you have the option to pick up locally?

Yes! You can come shop with us at The Collective — our retail location, located in Crofton, MD.

My order arrived and my vessel is cracked or broken. What do I do?

Send us an email over at itslit@burntculture.com — please be sure to include your order number and pictures of the damage. We will work with you to rectify the situation.
